Biography

Nooshin Ghorbani is a Registered Nurse with over two decades of nursing experience. She built her career across a variety of specialties, including medical-surgical nursing, transplant, and obstetrics. She has proudly been part of the Mount Sinai Hospital team in Toronto for the past 20 years.

In 2023, Nooshin became certified as an aesthetic injector through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA) in Toronto and has since developed experience in aesthetic treatments including Dysport and PRP.

Nooshin believes that true beauty is about enhancing what you already have. Her approach focuses on natural, subtle results that preserve each individual’s unique features and help them feel confident in their own skin.

She believes that beauty and wellness go hand in hand, with healthy nutrition, regular exercise, self-care, and embracing your natural beauty all playing an important role.

At Caspian Cosmetics, Nooshin brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their very best.

Care philosophy

The practice is deliberately small. One practitioner assesses you, plans your treatment and carries it out, so nothing is handed between people and no part of your visit is rushed to fit a schedule.

Treatment planning starts from what you actually want to change, not from a package. A conservative approach is preferred: fewer products, smaller amounts, and a review afterwards, rather than doing everything at once. Results are discussed in terms of what a treatment can realistically influence — softening the look of lines, supporting the appearance of skin quality — and what it cannot.

If a treatment is not suitable for you, or if what you are describing would be better handled by another kind of professional, you will be told that plainly. Declining to treat is part of the job.

Qualifications and scope of practice

Her regulated credential and her course certificates are both listed at the top of this page. Injectable and medical aesthetic treatments in Ontario are provided by regulated health professionals, and registration for a Registered Nurse can be verified through the public register kept by her regulatory college. She is happy to confirm her registration details on request.

Every treatment offered here is performed by her personally. Nothing is delegated to unregulated staff, and no treatment is offered that falls outside what she is qualified and equipped to do.

Medical suitability is assessed before treatment, and it is assessed again at each visit rather than assumed from a previous one. Every treatment carries possible side effects; those relevant to you are explained before you consent, along with what to watch for afterwards and how to reach the clinic if something concerns you.

What to expect at your first visit

Your first appointment is a complimentary assessment. There is no charge for it and no obligation to book treatment afterwards.

  1. Talking first. You describe what you would like to change and what you would prefer to leave alone. Questions are welcome, including questions about whether a treatment is worth doing at all.
  2. Health review. Relevant medical history, medications, allergies and previous treatments are reviewed in person, in private. Please do not send this information ahead through the website.
  3. Options and cost. Suitable options are explained in plain language: what each one involves, how long it takes, how long results tend to last, the possible side effects, and the cost for your situation based on the published prices.
  4. Deciding in your own time. You may book treatment for a later date, ask for time to think, or decide against it. Treatment is not performed at the assessment unless you have had time to consider it and you consent to going ahead.

Bring a list of your current medications and any questions you have written down. Allow a little extra time for a first visit, and let the clinic know in advance if you need step-free access, a longer appointment or any other accommodation.

The clinic also partners with ClassPass. If you use ClassPass, you can look for the clinic there and follow its booking instructions; those bookings are handled through ClassPass rather than this site.
